Starting with an interview and home inspection, the gordian knot of dreams, issues, financial concerns and emotions can and will be untangled. I will engage 20 years of Real Estate experience and the insights of my network of local professionals, service providers and non profit advisors to provide you with practical information on your home.
Once everything is on the table and well considered, we will look a spectrum of options to fit every lifestyle and budget such as:
- Rightsizing to a better location, and a more practical house or condo
- Purchasing a home or condo in a Resort Retirement community
- Moving to a home or condo in a 55+ community
- Moving into an independent or assisted living community
- Engaging in a planned Independent Living, Assisted Living or Life Care Community
